Brown Butter Scrambled Eggs

Eggs are on most people’s essential ingredients for keto

From fried to poached to boiled, they are one of the most versatile foods around. So today I’m going to make some scrambled eggs with a fatty twist. We’re making keto brown butter scrambled eggs, garnished with fresh chives. Perfect for breakfast, or as a snack.

None so versatile

Is there anything you can’t do with eggs? So maybe they can’t win you the lottery but with the amount of dishes you can cook with them, it sure feels like you’ve won the lottery. Instructions
  1. Beat two eggs in a bowl
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan
  3. Cook till the butter turns a nutty brown colour
  4. Turn down the heat to the lowest setting and add in the eggs
  5. Keep them moving constantly and scramble them.
  6. Once done season with salt and pepper
  7. Finish with fresh chives
  8. Serve with keto bread, or as is.
