Keto Chicken Fried Rice

Satisfy those cravings for take out Chinese

We’re cooking up a Keto chicken fried rice. Chinese food is something I miss quite a bit on the keto diet, especially Chicken fried rice. So what better way to rid the craving than to create a Keto fried rice. I’ve put together this delicious Keto recipe with chicken, mushrooms, green peppers and using cauliflower rice we’ll create our dish. Hope you enjoy the recipe.

Get creative with cauliflower rice

Cauliflower is by far one of the most versatile vegetables and it’s become my replacement for rice. There are so many different ways to treat cauliflower rice and there are tons of dishes you can make with it. I’ve used it to make chorizo pulao as well as a mushroom risotto.  In more recent times I created a killer cheesy pork fried rice. I even made the king of all rice dishes, a Keto chicken biryani.

  3. I made this receipe, and I did love it! I think I will add snap peas next time. However, I was wondering…… in the video you said 1 teaspoon of white vinegar but the written recipe says 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Just wondering which one you intended.

    1. I think it’s in between the 2. Like honestly these things you can adjust based on taste. I’m actually a very throw things together kind of cook without measuring so sometimes it’s more and sometime less. In the grand scheme of this recipe vinegar adds no carbs so put in about 1/2 tbsp and taste and see if you want more.

  4. I made this for the first time. And it is FIRE. Love it. Love it. Love it! I’ve even shared it with your website name and brand on my Facebook Profile. Thanks and blessings to you.
