#MealPrepMonday – 1500 Calorie Asian Keto Meal Plan #6

Asian Keto Meal Plan!

Welcome to episode 6 of my Keto #MealPrepMonday series. Today I’m giving you a 1500 calorie Asian Keto meal plan. Now Asia is fairly large, vast and diverse so I’m using the worse Asian rather loosely. We’ve got breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a dessert. Now since I’ve never made an Asian dessert on the show, it’s just a generic western dessert.

Before you take on this plan I would strongly recommend that you watch my Keto 101 series on Youtube and understand Keto. Learn how to calculate your macros, understand calorie logging and just get well acquainted with Keto.

Cook, Freeze, Eat Repeat

All the dishes I’ve made for this meal plan are great to cook in big batches and can be frozen or chucked in the fridge to be eaten later. I would recommend that you make the egg component of the Omurice fresh everyday. Takes 10 minutes to make an omelet really. The dumplings I would steam and set aside and then pan fry it the day I want to eat it. The thai style fried rice can just be zapped in the microwave and it’s good to go. I will admit though, you will be cooking a lot of cauliflower rice.

You can also make your own meal plans similarly using other recipes from my collection. Hopefully now that we’re 6 meal plans in already you’ve got some idea on how I’m creating these. I have a lot of other Asian dishes that you could incorporate into the meals. I’ve done a both Thai green curry and Thai yellow curry recipes. I have also done a lovely beef Massaman curry. I also did a lovely Seafood soup that you can add in to the mix as well.

If you have any questions or comments. Leave them below and I’ll get back to you.
