Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake
Another Keto Mug Cake in the Microwave
After figuring out how to make the keto peanut butter bread recipe I knew I wanted to transform that into a cake and it made sense to make a quick and easy microwave mug cake out of it. So I decided to create this chocolate mug cake made with peanut butter. Enjoy!
Cakes of all shapes and sizes
Here on Headbanger’s Kitchen we love our mug cakes. We started out with our chocolate mug cake made from almond flour and then a vanilla mug cake using coconut flour, the list is quite long. So look around and try them out and let me know which one is your favourite.
We have done a whole bunch of cakes here on HK. I have a delicious flourless chocolate cake for choco lovers. My almond flour cake is perfect for birthdays and special occasions. More recently I make a lovely lemon and ricotta tea cake. So we’ve got your sweet tooth covered here on the website.

I substituted 1 tblsp cocoa powder with 1 tblsp almond flour for a nuttier less cocoa taste and it was absolutely delicious.
This was absolutely delicious! Dense, moist and very flavorful. However on myfitnesspal it keeps logging it as 16g carb instead of the 9g net carbs which throws off my calculations.
Hi, Can I put ghee instead of cocoa butter? Can I do the same in the peanut butter fat bomb recipe?
Yes you can and yes you can.
