A Keto meal plan/meal prep video is something that has been highly requested. So here I am with a new meal prep/Keto meal plan video series. This is my #MealPrepMonday that releases on Saturday so that you can prep and cook on Sunday and be ready with the week’s meals by Monday. Before you take on this plan I would strongly recommend that you watch my Keto 101 series on Youtube and understand Keto. Learn how to calculate your macros, understand calorie logging and just get well acquainted with Keto.
Keto Meal Plan – 1200 Calories
As I mentioned in this video, the meal plan is for 1200 calories. It would be impossible to individualize a plan for everyone since the calorie requirements would be different. What you can do is adjust this plan to suit your daily calorie requirements. If you need more calories just increase the serving size, for example if you double the night meal of white butter chicken and the Keto naan that’s another 380 calories which makes the plan 1500 calories. Similarly if you need less food then reduce the portion sizes. You get the picture. You can always leave me your queries in the comments and I’ll do my best to answer them.
