Turning eggs into an Omelet Pizza
This is a recipe, or a technique rather that I picked up from my grandfather. He was a great chef and this was his little trick to turn omelets into pizzas (well almost). Cook the omelet from the bottom, top it with your favourite toppings and cheese and then whack it under the broiler till the cheese melts and the omelet is cooked. It’s simple and easy. The world is your oyster when it comes to the kind of things you can do with this basic idea. So have fun cooking.
Other low carb pizza options
Well if you aren’t a fan of eggs and want something that’s a bit more like the ‘real deal’ when it comes to pizza, we’ve got options. For the most authentic pizza experience I would strongly recommend the Fathead pizza made using almond flour. If you find almond flour expensive then just make it at home using our recipe. If you have a nut allergy try our Meatzza. And finally if you aren’t a meat eater then go straight for our cauliflower crust pizza. Either way your pizza cravings should be satisfied one way or another.
