Keto Lettuce Wraps
Easy Keto Snacks
People are always looking for Keto snacks. Something that is quick to whip up, can travel well and basically satisfies your hunger. Most people always look to grab and go packaged foods. But that’s not me, I prefer real food. So these lettuce wraps are the perfect Keto snack. I personally like mine with ham and cheese, it’s a classic combination. Enjoy the video!
This recipe is actually a part of my Keto for beginners series which is to help those just starting out on Keto. You can check out the series for a full day meal plan.
Keto Lettuce Wraps
The great thing about these lettuce wraps is variety. You can make so many different combinations. My personal fav would be some sliced roast beef or roast tongue or salmon and cream cheese. In fact I did a Keto cucumber sub recipe where I made a delicious cream cheese mix that you could use. You can also change the spread and instead of mustard use some Keto pesto or perhaps Keto mayonnaise. I’ve love for you to leave me your comments below with your ideas for combinations and fillings.
Macros
I think I don’t need to actually calculate this because everyone will use a different brand of cheese or ham. It’s best you just input the raw ingredients into your app. It will be the easiest way to do it. Either way I cannot imagine there being too many carbs or calories involved here unless you use a lot of mayo.

This a great recipe for spring. I’m also trying to switch to a healthier lifestyle and started to mine for healthy recipes like yours. Also, I started training with SportMe running app, and I managed to get rid of some pounds. Your blog posts are super inspiring for me in this phase, thanks!
