Ingredients
 
 

  • 1.1 lbs ground beef try and use 80/20
  • 7 oz HK's keto marinara sauce You can also buy store bought sauce
  • 4 tbsp sour cream 1 Tbsp per serving
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  • Break the beef up with a wooden spoon into small pieces and cook until it releases its juices.
  • Continue cooking until the liquid evaporates and the beef begins to brown.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce and cook for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened and well combined.
  • Serve hot with 1 tablespoon of sour cream per serving.
