This 3 ingredient chicken parmesan is simple and works every time. Three ingredients, one pan, and about 20 minutes is all it takes to make a satisfying keto chicken parmesan.
Season the chicken breast evenly with salt and pepper.
Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until fully cooked through and golden. Remove from the pan and let rest briefly.
Preheat the oven broiler.
In an ovenproof dish, spread half of the marinara sauce over the base. Place the chicken on top and pour over any resting juices.
Spoon the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken, then top evenly with the shredded mozzarella.
Place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
