This 3 ingredient chicken parmesan is simple and works every time. Three ingredients, one pan, and about 20 minutes is all it takes to make a satisfying keto chicken parmesan.

  • Season the chicken breast evenly with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until fully cooked through and golden. Remove from the pan and let rest briefly.
  • Preheat the oven broiler.
  • In an ovenproof dish, spread half of the marinara sauce over the base. Place the chicken on top and pour over any resting juices.
  • Spoon the remaining marinara sauce over the chicken, then top evenly with the shredded mozzarella.
  • Place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
