Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz Button mushrooms washed and quartered
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Add the garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes, until softened.
  • Increase the heat to high, add the mushrooms, and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Sauté the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
