- 3 ⅓ tbsp Butter
- ⅕ cup Heavy Cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 10 minutes, until fork-tender.
Drain the cauliflower well.
Transfer the hot cauliflower to a food processor. Add the butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
