Ingredients
  

Headbanger's Kitchen Keto Chutney

  • 25 grams Coriander
  • 25 grams Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 5 grams Ginger
  • 5 grams garlic
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • lime juice to taste

HK's Yogurt Chutney

  • 1 Tbsp Full Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Keto Chutney
  • 1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala

HK's Mint Mayo Spread

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend together. Your basic chutney is read now.
  • For the yogurt version mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. It's ready.
  • For the Mint Mayo spread just mix it all into a bowl and it's done.

Notes

You can adjust the ratio of mint to coriander according to your taste. If you are someone who hates coriander you can do this with parsley but it will obviously taste very different. Good for sure, but different.
