    This is a keto budget meal plan designed to be cost-effective for people following a tighter budget. The recipes are simple and built around ingredients that each play a clear role, so nothing is added without purpose. This keeps the grocery list short and the cooking quick.

    This meal plan is made to feel non-restrictive. Each day includes a sweet keto-adapted recipe using low-carb alternatives like almond flour and no-sugar sweeteners instead of flour and sugar.

    The plan is suitable for beginners and averages around 25 g net carbs per day and 1664 calories, leaving extra room for snacks if desired.
