This meal plan is made to feel non-restrictive. Each day includes a sweet keto-adapted recipe using low-carb alternatives like almond flour and no-sugar sweeteners instead of flour and sugar.
The plan is suitable for beginners and averages around 25 g net carbs per day and 1664 calories, leaving extra room for snacks if desired.
