How to lose belly fat on Keto? This was a question sent to me on my Instagram via a DM. The said person had reached their goal weight but still had fat around their belly and wanted to know how to get rid of it. I thought this was a topic of significant importance and something I should address. Belly fat is something I’m gifted with as well and it seems ironic that a man with significant belly fat of his own is going to give advice on how to lose it. You know what they say though right? Those who can’t do, teach. I must also make it clear that I’m neither a dietician nor a fitness expert of any kind. I’m just a guy who watches a lot of video and then assess all the information and gives you his take on it.
I’ve been watching fitness and diet videos for a long time. We’re constantly bombarded with fitness and diet marketing. The most common are how to rid yourself of belly fat and how to get 6 pack abs. Most of these videos try and sell you lies, or rather half truths. So watch my video to get my views on it.
