Bacon & Cheese Omelet

- 1 Egg
- 2 Rashers bacon
- 1 Tbsp basil leaves chopped
- 1 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Chop the bacon and add to a cold pan
Turn on the stove and allow the bacon fat to render out
Chop and add the basil leaves to the hot pan and fry along with the bacon
Beat and season 1 egg with salt and pepper and add to the hot pan
Sprinkle on the cheese and fold the omelet
Once cooked, remove and serve.
