Bacon & Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Rashers bacon
  • 1 Tbsp basil leaves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the bacon and add to a cold pan
  • Turn on the stove and allow the bacon fat to render out
  • Chop and add the basil leaves to the hot pan and fry along with the bacon
  • Beat and season 1 egg with salt and pepper and add to the hot pan
  • Sprinkle on the cheese and fold the omelet
  • Once cooked, remove and serve.
