Making Garlic Butter Prawns the Right Way!

Ingredients
  

  • 150 grams Prawns
  • 15 grams Butter
  • 10 grams garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 tsp Parsley
  • Lime or lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop some cloves of garlic and parsley.
  • Then, in a hot pan, add some oil and a knob of butter. After letting the butter melt, add in some red chili flakes.
  • Along with that, drop in your chopped garlic and parsley. Fry this till the garlic starts to brown.
  • Then, add in the prawns. Fry and sauté them under high heat. (They’ll cook very quickly, so be careful not to over-cook them)
  • After one minute, season it with some salt, black pepper and paprika.
  • Give it all a good mix and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  • Once done, serve them in a bowl and squeeze in some lemon on top. Garnish with some parsley, and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
