Instructions
Fry the chorizo with a bit of olive oil
Add in the cumin seeds, onion and ginger garlic paste and cook
Add in the tomato as well as the tumeric and chilli powder.
Add a splash of water and cook out
Season with salt and pepper
Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 2 minutes
Finish with fresh coriander and crispy fried chorizo
