  • Fry the chorizo with a bit of olive oil
  • Add in the cumin seeds, onion and ginger garlic paste and cook
  • Add in the tomato as well as the tumeric and chilli powder.
  • Add a splash of water and cook out
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 2 minutes
  • Finish with fresh coriander and crispy fried chorizo
  • Serve
