  • Clean and chop the pork tenderloin into bite size pieces
  • Heat the oil in a wok and fry the spring onion white, ginger and garlic
  • Add in the chilly and fry till the garlic starts to brown
  • Add in the pork, season and fry till it starts to brown
  • Add in the green peppers, soya sauce and vinegar.
  • Just as the pork is almost cooked add in the spring onion greens
  • Serve.
