Instructions
Clean and chop the pork tenderloin into bite size pieces
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the spring onion white, ginger and garlic
Add in the chilly and fry till the garlic starts to brown
Add in the pork, season and fry till it starts to brown
Add in the green peppers, soya sauce and vinegar.
Just as the pork is almost cooked add in the spring onion greens
Serve.
