Ingredients
  

For Salmon & Cream cheese Cucumber Sub

For Caprese Cucumber Sub

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 40 grams Buffalo Mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp HK's Pesto Get the recipe
  • 20 grams sliced tomato
  • Salt to Taste
  • Olive oil to drizzle

Instructions
 

For Salmon & Cream cheese Cucumber Sub

  • Peel the cucumber, slice into half and scoop out the middle. Please eat that or use it in some dish, don't waste it.
  • Mix the cream cheese with chopped dill, gherkins, pepper and olive oil
  • Spread the mixture onto the cucumber and top with the salmon
  • Serve

For Caprese Cucumber Sub

  • Peel the cucumber, slice into half and scoop out the middle. Please eat that or use it in some dish, don't waste it.
  • Spread the pesto over the cucumber.
  • Then layer with tomato and mozzarella
  • Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Serve
