Instructions
For Salmon & Cream cheese Cucumber Sub
Peel the cucumber, slice into half and scoop out the middle. Please eat that or use it in some dish, don't waste it.
Mix the cream cheese with chopped dill, gherkins, pepper and olive oil
Spread the mixture onto the cucumber and top with the salmon
Serve
For Caprese Cucumber Sub
Peel the cucumber, slice into half and scoop out the middle. Please eat that or use it in some dish, don't waste it.
Spread the pesto over the cucumber.
Then layer with tomato and mozzarella
Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
