Instructions
Chop the chicken into smal pieces and season with salt, pepper, dried oregano and cayenne pepper
Melt the butter in the saucepan with the olive oil
Fry the spring onion white and the celery stalk (chopped)
Add in the chicken and cook
Mince or chop the garlic and add it in. Also add the green part of the spring onion
Once the garlic is starting to brown add in the chicken stock and water
Check for seasoning and bring to a gentle boil
Turn off the heat and add the cream and celery leaves/parsley
Serve.
