Instructions
Wash and dry the Kale.
Separate the leaves from the Kale stalk and cut into small chip size pieces
Mix with the salt, curry powder and olive oil
Bake on a wire rack at 150C for about 20 minutes or till crispy
Eat immediate. They don't stay crisp forever.
