For the Blue Cheese Dip

Instructions
For the wings
Mix together the yogurt, salt, pepper, paprika and half the hot sauce. Add in the chicken wings and marinate for 20 minutes
Then bake the chicken wings in the oven for about 30-40 minutes till nice and crispy
Heat but the rest of the hot sauce in a saucepan and add in the butter and mix well till melted and the sauce is just about to start to bubble.
Once the wings are done then mix them with the hot sauce in a bowl and then serve!
For the Blue Cheese Dip
Crumble the blue cheese in a bowl.
Add in the yogurt, celery leaves, salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
Chill in the fridge and serve with your wings!
