Ingredients
  

For the Wings

For the Blue Cheese Dip

  • 15 grams Blue Cheese
  • 100 grams Full Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Celery Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

For the wings

  • Mix together the yogurt, salt, pepper, paprika and half the hot sauce. Add in the chicken wings and marinate for 20 minutes
  • Then bake the chicken wings in the oven for about 30-40 minutes till nice and crispy
  • Heat but the rest of the hot sauce in a saucepan and add in the butter and mix well till melted and the sauce is just about to start to bubble.
  • Once the wings are done then mix them with the hot sauce in a bowl and then serve!

For the Blue Cheese Dip

  • Crumble the blue cheese in a bowl.
  • Add in the yogurt, celery leaves, salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
  • Chill in the fridge and serve with your wings!
