Wash the broccoli and separate the florets from the stalk.
Trim the stalk and split it into 2 halves.
Grate the broccoli using the food processor. Use the grater attachment. If you don't have one just use the regular blade till you get like a broccoli cous cous.
Season it with salt and give it a good mix. Microwave for 2 minutes till tender and cooked.
Alternatively you can cook in a pan with some butter/ghee till tender.
