Keto and exercise. What’s the deal? Do you need to work out while you are on Keto? I answer the question I’ve been asked many times by various people. Watch the video and find out. I will say this, exercise or some form of physical activity is always good for you. So why not get your butt off that chair and move around a bit. Do any kind of activity that you enjoy. It could be anything from gardening to playing a sport to going to the gym. Just make sure you move around a bit.
