Ingredients
  • 450 grams boneless chicken leg meat
  • 30 grams Cheddar Cheese
  • 50 ml Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste I recommend this
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric I recommend this one
  • Fresh Coriander
  • 1 tbsp ghee for cooking I recommend this one

  1. Cut the chicken into kebab size pieces
  2. Marinate with all the spices, ginger garlic paste, cheese and cream
  3. Skewer the chicken
  4. Pan fry till done
  5. Enjoy
