Ingredients
  • 8 Full Chicken Wings
  • 30 grams Cheese Indian processed cheese but you can use cheddar too
  • 60 ml Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Cilantro/Coriander

Instructions
  1. Put the cheese in a bowl and mash it into a paste. Add in the cream and continue mashing till you have a nice smooth paste.
  2. Add in the salt, pepper, cardamom powder, ginger garlic paste and cilantro and mix well to make the marinade.
  3. Marinate the wings with this mixture for at least 1 hour, you can marinate it for longer if you want. The longer the better.
  4. Place the marinated wings on a wire rack in a baking tray and bake at 220C for about 25-30 minutes till the wings are fully cooked and nice and browned on the outside.
  5. Serve with some chutney
