Ingredients
  • 300 grams Zucchini Spaghetti
  • 200 grams Smoked Bacon Cubes
  • 1 Full Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh Pepper
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions
  1. Mix the egg, the egg yolk, the cheese and black pepper together
  2. Spiralize the zucchini and make the spaghetti
  3. Fry the bacon starting out in a cold pan to render out the fat
  4. Once the fat has rendered and the bacon is crisp, remove excess oil if any
  5. Add the zucchini, season with salt and cook till tender
  6. Turn off the heat and pour in the egg mixture and mix through the spaghetti till everything is well coated.
  7. Serve with some freshly grated parmesan on top.
