Ingredients
For BBQ Chicken
For Blue Cheese Dip
  • 3 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Blue Cheese
  • Spring Onion Green
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
For BBQ Chicken
  1. Separate the chicken legs into drumstick and thigh and score the chicken on all sides
  2. Marinate with salt, pepper, chilly powder and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
  3. Marinate with the BBQ sauce and leave for 2 hours at least
  4. Bake in the oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes
  5. Remove and wrap in Parma ham and put back in the oven till fully cooked.
  6. Serve with HK’s Blue Cheese Dip.
For Blue Cheese Dip
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Serve with wings of any kind.
