Ingredients
  • 2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 100 grams HK’s Keto Marinara Sauce Get my recipe
  • 50 grams Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Get a pan on a medium heat and add about 1 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Once the oil has heated up add the chicken and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side till done.
  4. Remove and let them rest.
  5. In an oven proof fish add half the marinara sauce and then place the chicken breasts on top of that. Pour in any resting juices from the chicken.
  6. Top the chicken with the remainder of the sauce and then the cheese.
  7. Put in the oven with the broiler setting to melt and brown the cheese.
  8. Once done remove and serve. This recipe makes 2 servings.
